When we first envisioned this community, our goal was simple: create a village where families would love to live, connect, and make memories together. That vision influenced every decision we made—from the layout of the roads to the centerpiece of the neighborhood, a two-acre community park designed to bring neighbors together.

The setting is truly special. Nestled against the mountains with sweeping views of the valley, Oxford Rd offers some of the most beautiful scenery in Provo. We spent years carefully shaping the land and refining the grading to maximize those incredible views from every homesite while maintaining comfortable roads and driveways throughout the community.
